Q:  May I remove my vehicle and do I need to contact Park-Sell when I come and go from the lot?

A:  You are welcome to come and go as you please.  You do not need to ask permission.  We do ask that you contact us when your vehicle sells or when it is permanently removed from the lot.

Q:  Is the lot safe?  

A:  The lot has not experienced much vandalism or theft.  It is located in a well-lit, highly visible and trafficked area.  We do recommend that you continue to properly insure and secure your vehicle as we are not responsible for these acts if they do occur.

Q:  Are you in the office?

A:  We don't keep office hours. Since our customers typically park during off hours, everything is self-service for your convenience.

Q:  What forms of payment do you accept?  How do I pay?

A: You may pay online by navigating to the "Park Today" page and clicking the "Pay Now" button.  This method allows credit card, bank drafts, or PayPal payments.  Alternatively, you may pay via check or cash by dropping off at the drop box.

Q:  How should I price my vehicle?

A:  There are several ways to arrive at an accurate vehicle price.  We recommend using NADA  or Kelly Blue Book online to most accurately price by entering exact equipment and condition information.  If the vehicle is not a type covered by these sites, one may search other sites to find comparable vehicle pricing. This will establish a going rate for that vehicle.

Q:  Does the lot work?

A:  The lot works so well that it is frequently vacant!  Vehicles sell so fast that it's hard for us to keep inventory on the lot sometimes.  Many have reported that their vehicle sold in less than 24 hours.  That said, it's important to be a good sales person.  For example, return phone calls and texts promptly, show up for meetings to show the vehicle on time, and provide information needed.
